Born in a small village named Devka, on the 31st day of August, 1957 A.D. Bhaishri was nursed and nurtured in an unparalleled stream of life learning early in life the consciousness about the inner self. The village Devka is situated in the elitist coastal district of Saurashtra, in the state of Gujarat, having its boundaries on the west coast of India, which is north of Bombay, now known as Mumbai.
His father, a modest Brahmin, hailed from the "Audichya" community. Late Shri Vrajlal Kanjibhai Oza and his mother Smt. Laxmi ben Oza were overjoyed over his birth in their family as their second son, in a family of four brothers and two sisters.
“The saints or spiritual leaders are constantly sprinkling the seeds of morality, virtues and idealism in the entire world. But only those seeds gets converted into big trees and give the best fruits which have got the fertile soil of one’s mind”, said Rameshbhai Oza.
Talking to The Hitavada at the residence of Ramswarup Sarda at Nandanvan on Friday, Oza further added that the saints or religious leaders can judge as how many persons have been inspired with their teachings. Born on August 31, 1957 at Devra, a small town of Saurashtra, Guijrat, Rameshbhai is an example of true devotee. The son of late Brajlal Kanjibhai and Maniben Oza, Ramesbhai feels “the crowd gathering at each and every discourse is a result of rise of anarchy, deception and cunning in the society. The virtuous person has to compromise on each and every step in his life with these bad qualities. It is the conflict in his mind which leads him to sit in the discourses and listen some good thoughts.” Rameshbhai Oza popularly known as Bhaishree has large number of followers all over the world. He has been given the prime importance to work for humanity and developing moral values. Answering to a question, ‘How Satsang helps a person to improve self’ ? Oza said, “family struggle, the social structure, decisions of leaders, the education and the law & order situation always have a long lasting impact on an individual’s life. A person having lot of sufferings and pains in his heart is attending the Satsang. The moral stories told by a Sain or spiritual leader helps that person to go in deep. After each Satsang, a person comes to know about his faults, wrong deeds and he accepts them in his mind. Satsang also helps him to discriminate between the right and wrong, good and bad. It is like an awakening of Bhibhishan who is sleeping and taking him towards Shriram” Rameshbhai, a founder of Sandipani Vidyaniketan aimed to revive the age old concepts of Vedas, Upanishadas and with the help of them develop a human being, said, “by accepting principles of science and technology, a man has gone away from his basics. The high level of pollution, seasonal changes and environmental imbalance are the gifts of higher use, abuse or misuse of science and technology. This is the reason a person become faithless, dry, rough and rude. Spiritual practices taught by Vedas and Upanishada are the solution to these things”. Rameshbhai Oza is very positive on the fact that India will be ‘Vishwa Guru’ spiritual master of the entire world. “ Spirituality is in the blood of each person in India. Vedas are the documents of scientific experiments our Rishis had performed on the mind. When the Indians will realise this fact they will definitely start searching their roots. The children of great Rishis will again come in flying colours to give the lost glory to India”.The countries like USA and Europe are taking the patents of Yoga and spiritual methods. In addition the genetically modified crops are the real threat to Ayurveda as the medicinal plants are also loosing their basic qualities. Commenting on these, Oza said “these are the effects of globalisation. One has to accept these bad effects also as our political will and wishes are towards globalisation. Awakening the Indian leadership and sowing the seeds of nationality in them through Satsang are the solutions to these problems.”
Pujya Shri Rameshbhai Oza, popularly known as Bhaishri or Bhaiji, has been all his life the supreme propagator of faith. Faith in oneself, faith in the Almighty and the spiritual power. Bhaishri has been a lifetime crusader for humanness in humans. At the Sandipani Vidyaniketan Bhaishri is creating an atmosphere for students to inculcate lineage, virtues and attributes directly from the Vedas and the Upanishads. After completing their studies, these students will be the persons who will be competent enough to preach and guide, to lead people on the path of love, goodness and spirituality. They will be such persons who know only to give and will never ask.
